1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Namaste Journey of India (Headquartered in Agra, Uttar Pradesh). By accessing our website, making a tour reservation, or utilizing any of our travel booking services (Flights, Hotels, Trains, Cabs, Cruises, and Custom Itineraries), you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

2. Booking & Confirmation Policy

A booking is considered official and confirmed only after Namaste Journey of India receives the required advance deposit and issues a formal confirmation voucher.

• All itineraries are subject to availability of hotel rooms, transport vehicles, and monument permits at the time of booking.
• Travelers are requested to verify all details on their booking confirmation voucher (names, dates, inclusions) immediately upon receipt.

3. Passports, Visas & Identification

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to hold valid identification documents during travel:

• Domestic Travel: Valid Indian Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).
• International Travel: Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return, along with valid entry visas for destination countries.

4. Travel Insurance

Namaste Journey of India strongly advises all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, flight delays, and loss of personal baggage before embarking on any domestic or international tour.

5. Route Modifications & Force Majeure

While every effort is made to adhere to the confirmed itinerary, Namaste Journey of India reserves the right to alter routes or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, road blockages, flight delays, strikes, or local government restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Namaste Journey of India acts as an agent and facilitator for independent third-party vendors (Hotels, Airlines, Railways, Cab Operators, and Cruise lines). We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by the negligence or default of third-party vendors.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
