To confirm your tour package reservation with Namaste Journey of India, the following payment schedule applies:

In the event that you need to cancel your tour reservation, cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date we receive written notice:

| 15 to 29 days prior to departure | 70% Refund |
| 7 to 14 days prior to departure | 50% Refund |
| Less than 7 days / No Show | Non-Refundable (0%) |
Flight and Train tickets issued as part of a tour package are subject to the specific cancellation terms of the respective airline (e.g., Indigo, Air India) or Indian Railways (IRCTC).
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment mode (Bank Account/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days from the cancellation confirmation date.
